SHIPPING & DELIVERY -
We can't wait for you to get your order so we typically ship orders within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
- Orders are processed 7 days a week, but they can only be shipped out Monday through Friday.
- We offer FREE US Shipping on all orders $35 or more. If the shipping amount has not been removed from your order, please double check that the order SUBTOTAL (Amount before taxes and discounts) meets the $35 minimum. If it doesn't throw in an extra bracelet or two and get that free shipping!
- We did ship to a few international locations and hope to expand worldwide soon!
- We (Ohana) are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Taxes on International Orders. Please refer to your local customs website to see what qualifies for duties and fees.
- If your package is missing, please contact your local post office and file a claim. Once the package leaves our location, we are not responsible for missing orders.
- We check every product before it is shipped but if one of your items comes damaged, please reach out to us ASAP and we'll make things right!
